At Anaconda Performance, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear in its original packaging. We ensure a seamless process so you can get back to your training with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
